🎙️New Episode (Podcast): Sitting with Sadness

Some moments remind us how deeply we feel, love, and remember. This week’s episode, “Sitting with Sadness,” was born from one of those tender spaces.

I’ve spent years learning how to manage sadness in a healthy way — not by avoiding it or covering it up, but by listening to what it’s trying to say. Sadness isn’t weakness. It’s an emotion with purpose — helping us release what no longer fits and making room for what will.

In this episode, I share what it means to sit with sadness instead of running from it — to honor the heaviness while trusting its quiet gift of renewal.

My heart is also with my community right now, as many are grieving and healing from a recent event. This episode is a small offering of presence — a reminder that we don’t have to rush through pain to find peace. Sometimes, simply feeling what’s real is the way through.

To close the episode, I chose “Home” by Northside from Epidemic Sound — a song that carries the spirit of return. It felt like the right way to end — a soft reminder that even through loss and change, we eventually find our way home to ourselves, to one another, and to soul.
