Live Your Intentional Year: An Invitation to 2026

As a new year approaches, there’s often a quiet tension in the air. New goals. New plans. New expectations. But beneath all of that, there’s a gentler question worth listening to: How do you actually want to live this year?

Not what you want to fix.

Not what you feel pressured to change.

But how you want your days to feel as they unfold.

For many of us, starting a new year doesn’t call for a dramatic reset—it calls for steadiness. For clarity. For a rhythm that feels supportive rather than demanding. That’s the heart of Live Your Intentional Year.

Live Your Intentional Year is a monthly, guided experience created to support intentional living through reflection, presence, and connection.

Rather than resolutions, the practice begins with choosing a single guiding word—one that reflects what matters most right now and offers direction without pressure. That word becomes a quiet companion through the seasons, helping you pause, choose, and respond with greater awareness.

Living with intention isn’t about doing more. It’s about staying connected to what matters—especially when life gets busy or noisy.

How the Monthly Gatherings Work

Each monthly gathering (virtual) offers space to slow down and check in with yourself in a calm, welcoming environment. Through guided reflection and shared conversation, you’ll explore how intention shows up in real life—gently, honestly, and without judgment. Some people join one session at a time. Others return month after month. All are welcome exactly as they are.

There’s no preparation required.

Sharing is always optional.

Presence is enough.

If you’re craving a quieter start…a steadier rhythm…or a way to move through 2026 with more clarity and care—You’re warmly invited.
